OVERVIEW

A World Of Tibetan Culture

The highlands of the Langtang region are populated by Nepalese descendants of Tibetan origin. Langtang is a popular short Himalayan trek from Kathmandu. Visitors can experience a flavour of Tibetan culture and lifestyle and be absorbed with varieties of rhododendron, bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls and snow-capped mountains. This trek is one of the most diverse experiences in the vicinity of Kathmandu.

We start with a day’s bus ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi then walk upward to Lama Hotel and Langtang village eventually arriving at the famous Kanyanjing Gompa. After exploring the region, we trek back to Syabrubesi for our drive back to Kathmandu.
